ATP difosfataza (EC 3.6.1.8, ATPaza, ATP pirofosfataza, adenozinska trifosfatna pirofosfataza, ATP difosfohidrolaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom ATP difosfohidrolaza (formira difosfat).[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
Ovaj enzim takođe deluje na ITP, GTP, CTP i UTP.
